Pakistan has been experiencing an unusually intense monsoon season with unprecedented rainfall, resulting in devastating floods and landslides. These events have affected over 33 million people and taken the lives of over 1,000 people. Infrastructure has also been greatly affected, with officials estimating that 670,000 homes, 17,000 schools, and nearly 150 bridges have been destroyed.
