Charitable Asset Management

Charitable Asset Management allows an independent investment advisor to create and actively manage a customized portfolio for a donor’s Charitable Gift Account of $250,000 or more.1 The investment advisor may invest in a broad range of securities, including stocks, bonds, and mutual funds.

Schwab Charitable Fund was the first leading national donor-advised fund to offer this level of investment flexibility and personalized management of a donor’s Charitable Gift Account.

Advisors tell us they like the Charitable Gift Account because it provides an easy solution for tax management and an expansion of the services they can offer. Now, through Charitable Asset Management, advisors are able to be even more involved in their clients' overall financial plan.
