Carrie Schwab-Pomerantz is President of the Charles Schwab Foundation, a private, nonprofit organization funded by The Charles Schwab Corporation. She was appointed by President Obama to the President’s Advisory Council on Financial Capability, is chair of the Partnership Committee, and sits on the Youth Committee. Ms. Schwab-Pomerantz is a national trustee for Boys & Girls Clubs of America, and serves on the boards of Decker Communications and the International Women’s Forum Leadership Foundation. With her father, Charles R. Schwab, Ms. Schwab-Pomerantz co-authored It Pays to Talk: How to Have the Essential Conversations with Your Family about Money and Investing, and writes a personal finance column called Ask Carrie, which appears on Schwab.com.

Prior to founding Odyssey, he was Press Secretary and then Campaign Manager for U.S. Senator Bill Bradley and a consultant with McKinsey & Company. From 2001 to 2008, Mr. Donatiello served on the board of Northern California Public Broadcasting (NCPB), serving as Chairman of the Board his last three years. By the end of his tenure as Chairman NCPB was the most watched public television broadcaster and most listened to public radio broadcaster in the country. Mr. Donatiello is also a member of the Board of Directors of Dolby Laboratories.

Loretta Doon is the chief executive officer of the California Society of CPAs and the California CPA Education Foundation. Ms. Doon serves on the advisory board for the Center for Financial Reporting and Management, Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley, and is also on the board of the Accounting Career Awareness Program of Northern California. Ms. Doon is a member of the Financial Women’s Association, American Woman’s Society of CPAs and the AICPA's Minority Initiatives Committee, which helps involve minorities in the profession.

Sanford Robertson founded investment banking firm Robertson, Stephens & Co. He is a founder of Francisco Partners and serves on the boards of a broad range of corporate and philanthropic organizations including the Tech Museum of Innovation, the University of California President's Board on Science and Innovation, SF Jazz, the Democratic Leadership Council, the Asia Society, the University of Michigan President's Advisory Council and the investment committee of the Kamehameha Schools.

Brooks Walker is past Chairman of San Francisco Real Estate Investors and former Chairman of the Board of USL Capital Corporation. Mr. Walker serves on the Board of Directors of the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art and the Walker Art Center in Minneapolis.
